Kettlebell

Luke's personal training sessions have been my exercise lifeline over the last year. After gyms closed for shelter in place, Luke switched to virtual training sessions at the same quality and challenge as in person. His workouts consider who you are and your fitness goals. I love that he pushes me with creative workouts. We use kettlebell, dumbbells, medicine balls, and body weight. He's a stickler for form which is impressive even over FaceTime! Highly recommend Luke for personal training.

I've known Luke for a little over 4 years. In the interest of full disclosure, we worked together at a big gym, and now he trains at my studio. But he has also trained me and HE KNOWS HIS SHIT!!! His training sessions kicked my ass every time...this is a rarity since most people don't push me hard enough.
Or when they do, it just means they put more weight on and that's just boring...Luke is creative and did I mention he knows his shit??? He is very knowledgeable about all modalities, nutrition, injuries, and how to keep you interested.
